By using PropBeacon you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What PropBeacon is

PropBeacon is a free tool for following the statistics of player and team props during sporting events. It is provided for information and entertainment. It is not a sportsbook or a gambling service. It does not accept, place, hold, or facilitate wagers or money, does not offer betting advice or odds, and does not guarantee any outcome. Labels such as "cashed", "missed", "busted" and "on pace" are informal indicators. They are not official results and don't settle any wager.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use PropBeacon. Sports betting is legal only in some places and restricted to people of legal age (21 or older in most places). You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Accuracy and availability

Statistics come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, or unavailable. Games can be postponed, stats can be corrected after the fact, and a player may be missing from the data. PropBeacon is provided "as is" and "as available". Never rely on it to settle or place a bet. Always confirm with your sportsbook or an official source. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated tools to load the site or its data at a rate that burdens it; try to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the site or the data it shows; interfere with advertising on the site; or use PropBeacon to break any law or any third party's rights.

5. Names, marks and data from others

Team, league, player and company names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the statistics being tracked. PropBeacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, The Walt Disney Company, the NFL, NBA, WNBA, NHL, MLB, the NCAA, or any team or player. Statistics and other data come from third parties and remain subject to their own terms and rights.

6. Our content

The site's design, code, text and original content are owned by its operator or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, please contact us at hello@propbeacon.app with the details and we will review it promptly.

7. Advertising and links

The site may display advertising and link to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites, products or ads, or for any dealings you have with them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, timeliness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropBeacon and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, bets, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including any decision you make based on its information. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site's operator is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
